For February: Mustache Mondays

February is the Beard & Stache Fest here in Seattle, a benefit that raises money for the wonderful non-profit TREEHOUSE. A month long extravaganza, with events going on every weekend, and even during the week- the full schedule can be found HERE. 110 cans with a different participant on each- are found at establishments throughout Seattle. You can find my photo covered can at BROUWERS CAFE- it is there that you should deposit lots of money- all of which goes to help TREEHOUSE.

To mark February as the month of the Beard and Stache- each Monday I will be posting a different photo combining facial hair and bicycles. How you like me now? We are going to start it off right with this little gem:

Yikes! This must’ve been before Woody had his gold plated trick star to show off. Mike Miranda rocked the stache way longer anyways.

I have had a pair of the Swrve winter trousers for a couple of years now in the NW. They have a fleecy interior and have been dubbed “the cozy pants”. They get a lot of wear on and off the bike between October and April and they are great winter hiking pants for use in the snowy mountains with snowshoes as well They have quite a bit of stretch, are cut well (not too baggy and not too skinny), and are super comfy! I recommend them all around.
