Max Kraushaar is a one stop shop when it comes to pie craving in Seattle.  We aren’t talking about pizza pies here, it’s pies for your sweet tooth.

It’s simple.  You text your order to 425.923.6655 and it gets delivered to your door Friday and Saturday from 6pm-3am.

It doesn’t cost much, especially when you consider that these are homemade pies.  $3 gets you a slice or $20 buys you a whole pie.  I’m getting hungry thinking about key lime and pecan pies- my two favorites.  Though he’s delivered to Capital Hill and Wedgewood in the past- the University District is his main focus and you may be hard pressed to get him to pedal your pie much further.  You may need to sweeten the deal for him…

Perhaps you’ve seen him riding through the streets on his maroon singlespeed with the basket while donning his “Piecycle uniform”, a Washington cycling cap and white apron.  Maybe you’ve tasted some of his creations. Either way, I’m glad that Max is doing what he’s doing.
